Our confidential session can be conducted over the phone, Zoom or in person at 2105 West 38th Ave., Vancouver.  You will share about your life and together we will assess where you can draw strengths and where energy are deflated from you.  We will also talk about other aspects of your life including but not limited to your family upbringing, relationships, work, activities/habits, or possibly the lack of something that is currently not yet present in your life. Together we will set out steps to transform these areas so that your life is filled with energy that matches your own unique essence.
